TERMS OF SALE

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment and email you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for stock errors, suspected fraud or an unserviceable address, and will refund anything you paid.

Prices are in US dollars. Other currencies shown are estimates only; your card is charged in USD and your bank converts it. Payment is processed by Stripe. Taxes and import duties may apply depending on your country; where they are not collected at checkout, the carrier or customs may charge them on delivery and they are your responsibility.

Tracked and insured shipping is free on orders of $300 or more; otherwise a flat $25 applies. Delivery times are estimates and depend on carrier and customs. Risk passes to you on delivery. See Shipping & returns.

Customized or made-to-measure jackets are produced to your specification. Please confirm sizing, details and timing with us before ordering. Customized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but you keep your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Standard jackets may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unaltered and with tags. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with a statutory withdrawal right for distance sales, that right applies to standard (non-customized) goods and is not reduced by these terms. Report any defect within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund, and cover return shipping. Statutory warranties in your country continue to apply.

Genuine leather is a natural material: grain, texture and shade vary from jacket to jacket and screens show color differently. Such variation is not a defect.

All content, designs, images and the Rocco name belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, scrape or misuse the site, and do not upload unlawful content in forms or reviews.

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Rocco Leather Store is established, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
