Question 1

How do Rocco jackets fit?

Accepted Answer

Use the size chart as a starting point and contact us to discuss your measurements before ordering a customized jacket.

Question 2

Is it real leather?

Accepted Answer

Yes — always. We use full-grain cowhide, lambskin, aniline, suede and sheepskin shearling. Never bonded leather or PU. If it isn't genuine, you get a full refund.

Question 3

Will the leather feel stiff at first?

Accepted Answer

Cowhide starts firm and moulds to you within a few weeks of wear. Lambskin and suede are soft from day one.

Question 4

How do I care for my jacket?

Accepted Answer

Wipe with a damp cloth, let it dry naturally away from heat, condition twice a year, and store on a wide hanger. Avoid plastic garment bags.

Question 5

Which payment methods do you take?

Accepted Answer

All major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Question 6

Do you ship to my country?

Accepted Answer

We ship worldwide with tracked, insured delivery. Free over $300.

Question 7

Will I pay import duties?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your country, taxes and duties may be added at checkout or collected by the carrier on delivery.

Question 8

Can I return or exchange?

Accepted Answer

Standard jackets can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn and with tags. Customized jackets are made for you and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but faulty items are always covered. Full details are on the Shipping & returns page.
